1. Tom Hammonds or Tom Hammonds Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for lost, missing, or unreturned items.

2. Tom Hammonds is unable to secure autographs of others. Such Requests will be returned unsigned.

3.All autograph requests must have the proper postage on a self-address envelope/package. If you use a postal strip issued by the post office for return postage, please make sure it is not dated. If you chose not to include a self addressed envelope/package with proper postage, your item will not be returned.

4. We will honor requests for autographed HERO Cards while supplies last. The limit is two per person. Please include a self addressed 9"x12" with proper postage.

 

5.All diecast autograph requests must be removed from packaging. If you choose to send diecast in packaging, they will not be autographed and returned. Please make sure to package diecast properly to ensure no damage during shipping and include self-addressed package with proper postage to return the diecast. Autographs are limited to two (2) diecasts per person.

6. Other items, such as trading cards, personal photographs, t-shits, etc., requested to be autographed will be accepted. If sending duplicate trading cards, only one (1) will be signed. Please include a self-address envelop/package with proper postage for return.

 

7. For charity requests, please send all requests on organization letterhead. Please include a brief description of your organization and event, date of the event, tax identification number, request, and point of contact information.
